Critical Mass Meetings
The way you start something is critical to its future success. Foundations of buildings often are unseen but if they are faulty the entire building will fall no matter how well built it was on top of the foundation.
The best way to start a Fusion Group is to have a Critical Mass Meeting. This is a small meeting of every interested leader to pray, hear the vision for a Fusion Group, and discuss starting one. Campus Renewal Ministries can coach you through hosting and leading a Critical Mass Meeting.
We also would like to help facilitate and present at your Critical Mass Meeting by sending one of our experienced staff to your campus. For years we have seen the powerful dynamic even on the most skeptical campuses of having someone outside your campus co-lead a Critical Mass meeting with you. It is a great partnership!

We are very knowledgeable of the values and strategies of these organizations and usually can quickly create relational and organizational connection points for a room full of diverse leaders.
