The following conditions of sale apply for customers purchasing items from this web site, in addition to the Terms of Use of this web site.

Making a Purchase
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo.
Your card will be billed as Campus Renewal Ministries.
Delivery Policy
Shipping and handling rates are dependent on what you buy and where the items are to be sent. You will be notified of the cost of shipping during the checkout process.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will have the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. We will ship the remaining portion of your order according to our regular shipping practices and we will notify you of the back order as indicated by your shipment acknowledgement email. Your credit card will be billed only for the items that are being shipped and the shipping you selected at the time the order was placed.
Once the back ordered item is in stock, we will bill the item to your credit card and ship it to you immediately at no additional cost. If you require that the item be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day Air, we will require that you pay the costs of the expedited shipping.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 15 days with a copy of your invoice or receipt, and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding shipping and handling) within 30 days. Please note that refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned after 15 days.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address above. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address above. Unacceptable merchandise will be returned to you with an explanation and your credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping.
Compact discs may be returned if unopened. If you receive a CD that is defective, it may be exchanged for the same title only.
International Orders
When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of this country you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site; your information is protected both online and offline.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We will never sell, share or rent your information to others.
